PBL Dim Sum-yummy!
Yesterday during Dr. Taggart's class, i had to go out of the room and come back in just to tell him the 4 signs of pleural effusion. ARghh.. and i had to do that 5 or 6 times before he let me sit down as he wanted it fluent! So, there i went in and out of the room...~headache~ And the worst part was Dr. O'Driscoll (another Respi. Consultant) saw me outside the room and asked me was i being naughty and got sent out from the room!? How embarassing...=(I don't like Dr. Taggart!) Weirdo... but he is pretty smart and funny..i do enjoy his teachings...aii.. i don't know...BLURzz... he is just weird...and yet he married a Malaysian.....
Anyway, after the teaching i went Dim Sum-ing with my PBL mates- my PBL group consists of me, Char, Ray, Cmingo, Andy and Adam. YUPE! 4 malaysians with 1 Brit and 1 Scottish. But they are nice people, very similar to our Malaysian style of being a slacker- haha..lucky they are not those kiasu people! Maybe that's why we got along..haha....
Yupe, Andy likes dim sum and Adam is a newbie. So it was so hilarious when all of us were teaching Adam how to hold the chopsticks and I was laughing at him the whole time. He said i was mean...kekeke... To my surprise, Andy actually tried the most feared dish of all time- "FUNG CHOW" = chicken's feet! hehe...he said he had to block his mind that it was chicken feet when he was eating them ...and he said it was GOOD! COme on..to those people who have not tried before- give it a go! It is really delicious..hehe...trust me
Raymond ordered really a lot of dim sum and all of them came at the same time where our table was stacking high of bamboo containers to the extent we nearly could not see the person sitting across! hehe...and here was when the excitement began->when everyone started to pick up their chopsticks and searching for the fav. dimsum hiding beneath all the bamboo containers...hehe ..everything seemed to be so chaotic! Andy and Adam were stunned for a moment before they realised that they need to act FAST TOO! hehehe....Andy told me that there was a second that he was afraid the dimsum would be gone considering all of us were so fast...keke...he kinda panicked that his fav. siew mai will be taken away from him!
I am glad that they were so adventurous to try- besides the "fung chow" they tried some cow's intestine too- BRAVO!! however i didn't fancy it though = - and Cmingo said that cow had Crohns! aii....what a thing to say to them while eating it...
I think all of us had a good time together...yummy=).... i think Andy was happy and satisfied where as Adam was horrified of the things Chinese eat...muahaha...

I think Adam saw the "fung chow"..hehe..
