Malaysian delicacies craze..
Must be the Raya fever... i started making all these malaysian food in a day
..first we have seri muka, since i have left over glutinous rice and rice flour, tot i should make some and give ppl...=) spreading the love in manchester....
anyone knows why is it called seri muka?? doesn't make sense to me...
this time, i decided to make a dual tone seri muka.. if u look clearly it is actually a yellow custard underneath and green layer on the top... but i didn't have enough green custard , haha tat's y u saw some yellow patches on the top..
next time, i think i am gonna add some sago in it..shall update u guys about the success rate...
yUmmy...tell me if u want some, i shall have it delivered to u..
It is best eaten with chilli sauce.....can't stopping eating them...yum yum...
It is pretty easy to make though..so u guys can try it next time!

I wanted to make the Indon Kuih Lapis...and i did...=)
however it diddnnnt reaaally come out wat it should look like but it taste the same..haha i supposed i poured a bit too much for each layer and that's y it didn't have the "layered" look , hence the name kuih lapis..but but..it still tasted fantastic!!!
I even added "brandy" in it...it was FABULOUS.... that extra kick made it yummylicious..
BUT it is a superrrrrrrrrr tedious cake... and i baked it at 2 am in the morning,therefore, i just couldn't be bothered to pour the layer and bake for every 3 minutes...lolz...
Maybe next time.... when i have the patience...
